By blending multiple coffee bean origins and amounts, AGRO Café is able to create different flavors with a broad range of qualities. Our blends bring together as few as two or as many as five bean types. In creating a blend, AGRO Café's goal is to achieve a balanced, distinct flavor profile, which can then be consistently reproduced. Beans are chosen for their ability to complement each other, based on flavor, aroma and body.
Examples of coffee blends are Kenya-Java. Determining what percentages and types of coffee beans to be used in a given blend is the job of our roast master. This process is considered one of the most revered talents in coffee making, and is the cornerstone of each blend's unique personality.
At AGRO Café we encourage our customers to tell us about their favorite blend or a blend that they would like to see. With a minimum order of 5 pounds of coffee we can custom roast a blend for you!
